Deliciously Denim
Don’t hate me for the title lol. I could not think of anything, I had a writer’s block moment. Ik it’s super cringe but I could not bring myself to just call this post ‘Denim’, do you know how dead that sounds?? Sorry not sorry x
I don’t think a year goes by where I do not talk about denim on my blog, it’s just something that everyone should own, just like how salt is the basic and a foundation for anything you’re cooking, denim is the basic essential you should have in your wardrobe whether that be a denim dress, jacket, jeans, shirt, shorts. If you don’t own anything denim then I just assume that you’re a weirdo who spends most of their time participating as a nudist (I’m joking lol, don’t kill me. fashion is subjective like I always say). But seriously, if you’re going to purchasing one thing from my blog this year and in the years to come it has to be one denim item. Denim is TIMELESS and to be honest it is probably as timeless as it gets within this industry! It will never go out of fashion, nor will it ever be uncool. In addition to this, denim LASTS, it goes with anything and everything so in a way its also an investment. This is the one staple that EVERYONE needs in their wardrobe and I will forever scream this until everyone I know owns at least one denim item. And that’s on PERIOD!
For the last few seasons, fashion weeks have shown us so many variations of denim, from tie die, cropped jackets, the rebirth of the flares and asymmetrical denim just to name a few. After all, no one ever said that denim had to be plain;
